Well…I don’t know about “incredibly” thick. But without an appliance, it would take a few hours…unless I’m sitting in the sunshine. Holding a glass of something. Watching the waves. *sigh*

You must have incredibly thick hair. Mine dries in about 12 minutes without appliances! In fact, I think I still own a hair dryer, but the last time I used it was when I put plastic over my windows one winter about a decade ago!

A woman after my own heart. I’m pretty sure “way too much” is the reason God invented freezer bags. I’m so glad you’re digging it. Who knew the “ecstasy of discovery” could occur with cookware?

It really is an amazing invention. I’ve tried soup, risotto, paella, and one or two other things. They all turn out so perfectly! The only downside is I make WAY too much, since the pot is deceivingly large. I think I made enough Paella to have a dinner party for 30.

Ha! I knew you would. I made Pozole the other night using one and the brown, carmelized bits of pork that stuck to the bottom created a lovely flavor base. While I favor LeCreuset, there are many different brands that work just as effectively. You’re welcomed to keep mine until you find your perfect pot.
